Trade Show: 19th to 21nd August | Congress: August 18th to 21nd
During the four days of the event, SET EXPO will provide a free Round Trip Minibus Shuttle Service from the Tietê subway station to the Distrito Anhembi and back.
Times: 8:30 am to 8:30 p.m.

There is ample parking in front of the entrance to the Anhembi District Convention Center. This service is outsourced, with no links to the SET EXPO.
The official language of SET EXPO is Portuguese.
Conferences
The talks will have simultaneous interpreting into English and Portuguese.
There may also occasionally be audio description services.
Registration and Trade Show
Our English speaking staff will be in the registration area and at the key trade show services, such as the Exhibitor Services Center (CAEX).
Each exhibitor is free to use interpreters and bilingual staff on their stand.
SET EXPO abides by all rules, technical standards and security laws stipulated by the authorities at municipal, state or federal level.
It also retains a surveillance company specialized in major events with huge conglomerations of people.
Nevertheless, the SET EXPO organizers would advise visitors to keep their belongings with them at all times and avoid leaving valuables unattended.
Smoking is forbidden both inside the Convention Center and the Pavilion where SET EXPO is being held.
Age: under-16s can only visit the trade show if accompanied by their parents. They will have to fill out a disclaimer on the day and at the venue of the event.
Animals: no animals are allowed, except guide dogs. Contact the organizers of the event in order to obtain access.
Photos and records: it is forbidden to photograph or record the talks at the Technology Conference. Journalists and reporters must register with the Press Room.
Electricity: all power sockets at the event produce 220 volts.
Internet: there is no Wi-Fi service in the pavilion.
Temperature: the pavilion is acclimatized with a bias towards low temperatures.
Restaurants, snack bars and cafes will be in Fair’s strategic points. There will be Welcome Coffee in the rooms of the Congress.
