Call for Papers
SET EXPO 2025 Technology Congress and International Journal of Broadcast Engineering (SET IJBE)
Deadline: May 31, 2025
The Brazilian Society of Television Engineering (SET), in order to promote the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the area of communications technology, audiovisual, telecommunications, media and entertainment in general, informs that the call for submission of scientific papers for scientific publication for the SET EXPO 2025 Technology Congress and International Journal of Broadcast Engineering (SET IJBE), 2025 edition.
Submitted articles will be evaluated by the Editorial Committee and peer-reviewed. The best articles will be invited:
1) Expose your work at the SET EXPO 2024 Technology Congress, in São Paulo on August 18, 2025.
2) Publication in the SET IJBE magazine, in the digital/printed versions in the December 2025 edition.
SET IJBE is an international scientific journal, open access, article-at-a-time and peer-reviewed. To read previous editions, visit: https://www.set.org.br/ijbe_
SET seeks current research that makes up the state of the art of the proposed themes and is an opportunity for high quality academic dissemination.
Materials to be delivered to the congress
The author interested in participating in the SET EXPO 2024 Congress as a speaker, must include the material described below in the article submissions area on the SET website, the following materials:
- Extended abstract (up to 1,000 words) according to the list of topics below in one of the following languages: Portuguese, English or Spanish.
- Two keywords
- The best articles will be published in the SET IJBE magazine

The author interested in publishing the article in the SET IJBE Journal must include the material described below in the article submissions area on the SET website, the following materials:
- Article in English (full paper)

Approved articles receive
- Free participation in the four days of SET EXPO 2024 (Fair and Congress) for the author who will make the presentation;;
- Publication of the article in SET Expo Proceedings;
- A printed copy of the SET IJBE magazine;
Important: SET does not charge a publication fee. SET does not pay for travel/accommodation.
