  • Individuals who want to submit their proposal(s) of lecture(s) for evaluation by the scientific committee of the SET EXPO 2025 Congress.

Requirements for Submission

Before submitting your presentation, please have to hand:

  • Title (Up to 15 words or 85 characters with space)
  • A summary of your talk (Up to 300 words or  1500 characters. See below the “Instructions to Authors”)
  • PDF of the presentation if you want to include images
  • A short version of your CV (Up to 80 words or 1200 characters)
  • Your photo (size 500 x 500px)

Guidelines for the author

How to draft a good synopsis of your talk? Use these simple and practical tips:

  • Be concise and objective in your writing.
  • Follow the normative standards of the English language.
  • Emphasize the main subject, its importance, the state of the art, innovative aspects, applications with a focus on business and users.
  • Do not submit proposals of a commercial or promotional nature, as they will not be considered.
  • Before submitting, carefully review all information. After submission, the material cannot be edited by the proposer. However, SET reserves the right to summarize and adapt the original text, as well as the resumes, without prior consultation, for the purpose of promoting the lecture.

Comments

  • SET does not cover travel, accommodation, or other expenses. Attendees are responsible for their own expenses.
  • Every speaker at the SET Expo Congress will be entitled to a Full credential, providing free access to all congress panels.
