David Britto is a business administrator, with a postgraduate degree in production engineering from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF-RJ), and a postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis from CE-Candido Mendes. With over 35 years of experience in team management within highly technological projects and solution development across major computational domains.

He is the Founder and CEO of Mirakulo Software. He was the founder and president of the board of administration of QualitySoftware and the founder and Chief Technology Officer of TQTVD (a company within the TOTVS group), the latter focused on the development of AstroTV. He is a member of the deliberative council of Forum SBTVD and was a member of the Executive Committee of Java-JCP (Java Community Process).
